Chuck Collier Schmidt

Chuck is a photographer and visual storyteller based in Portland, Oregon, and Missoula, Montana. He works with architects, designers, builders, and real estate professionals to bring homes, buildings, and interiors to life through striking photography and motion media. Working closely with his clients, Chuck helps shape and translate their vision, turning design, light, and space into images and films that feel vibrant, immersive, and intentional. Known for his quick turnarounds and intuitive eye, he creates work that is both dynamic and true to each project’s intent. His work has appeared in magazines, coffee table books, television, and film. From 2007 to 2021 Chuck owned and operated SPIN PHOTOGRAPHY in Portland.
